These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CC Hair Studio's services and website. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Appointments

Advance Booking:

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system, phone, or in person

  • All bookings are subject to availability

  • We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for optimal availability

Appointment Confirmation:

  • You will receive confirmation of your appointment via email or SMS

  • Please ensure your contact details are accurate

  • It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
     

Deposits & Payment Terms

Deposit Requirement:

  • A 40% deposit is required to secure all appointments

  • Deposits must be paid at the time of booking

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances

Deposit Transfers:

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new booking date/time

  • Rescheduling must be requested with at least 48 hours' notice

  • Transfers requested with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit

  • Only ONE transfer is permitted per deposit

Payment Methods:

  • We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers

  • Outstanding balances must be paid on the day of service

  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations:

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations

  • This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation

  • Deposits are forfeited for all cancelled appointments

Rescheduling:

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice

  • Your deposit will transfer to the new appointment

  • Less than 48 hours' notice = deposit forfeited

  • Emergency rescheduling may be considered at our discretion

No-Shows:

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice

  • Deposit is forfeited and full service fee may be charged

  • Future bookings may require full payment in advance

Consultation:

  • All services begin with a consultation

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if it may damage your hair

  • Alternative treatments may be recommended

  • Patch tests are required for certain chemical services

Service Modifications:

  • Prices may be adjusted based on hair length, thickness, or condition

  • Any price changes will be discussed before service begins

  • Additional time may be required for complex services

Health & Safety:

  • Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications

  • Patch tests are mandatory for color services (48 hours before appointment)

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if safety is compromised

Product Use:

  • We use professional L'Oréal and Kérastase products

  • Results may vary based on individual hair type and condition

  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to hair variables

Aftercare:

  • Post-service care instructions will be provided

  • Following aftercare advice is essential for optimal results

  • Failure to follow aftercare may affect result longevity

Photography & Marketing

Consent:

  • We may request permission to photograph your hair for our portfolio

  • Photos may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials

  • You can decline photography or withdraw consent at any time

  • All photos remain anonymous unless specifically agreed otherwise

Liability & Disclaimers

Service Limitations:

  • We cannot guarantee specific results due to individual hair variables

  • Some hair conditions may limit achievable outcomes

  • Realistic expectations will be discussed during consultation

Liability:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

  • We are not responsible for hair damage due to undisclosed previous treatments

  • Clients must disclose all previous chemical treatments and home products used

Insurance:

  • We maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service

Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information:

  • Provide honest information about hair history and health

  • Disclose all medications, allergies, and previous treatments

  • Inform us of any changes to your health or medications

Arrival Time:

  • Arrive on time for your appointment

  • Late arrival may result in shortened service time or rescheduling

  • Excessive lateness (15+ minutes) may result in appointment cancellation

Respectful Behavior:

  • Treat staff and other clients with respect

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behaviour

  • Abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated
